About Dan
Twenty-six years in new business, two Brighton cocktail bars, a café and a working life with ADHD and dyslexia all taught me the same lesson. The brain isn't the problem. It's the system. Now my team and I build those systems with AI, and keep the judgement that matters human.
I started in travel marketing, then spent almost eleven years at CWT Digital, a Brighton agency building for the travel industry. I went from Head of Digital Marketing to Sales Director, joined the board at 29, and ran the agency as Managing Director for six years.
Our clients included easyJet, oneworld, Amadeus, Hays Travel and Norwegian Cruise Line. We grew turnover by 150%, took the team from 10 to 35 people through an acquisition, and won TTG's Travel Service Provider of the Year in 2011, the first agency to do so.
After that I ran new business at Clearleft, winning work with TUI, WHSmith, Spotify and Tesco. At Profusion I recruited and coached business development teams in the UK and Dubai. At Ingenuity I worked with more than 70 of the country's leading agencies, developing new business strategy with teams at M&C Saatchi Group and McCann.
Then I co-ran two Brighton cocktail bars and a fitness-club café. Every one of them ran on founder brain: memory, momentum and me being in the room. It was brutally instructive. When the system is you, the business stops when you do.
I built the UK presence for US ad-intelligence platform Winmo from zero, did fractional business development for agencies and tech companies, and kept seeing the same pattern: installed systems outlast outsourced effort. In January 2026 I brought that work together as Workflow Intelligence, with a small specialist team around me.
AI changed what one person can build. I now design AI-supported systems, from agents and prompts to full workflows, that take the repeatable thinking out of a founder's head and into something shared, while the judgement that matters stays human. It's how I run my own business, and it's what I install for clients.
I've known and lived with my ADHD and dyslexia for most of my adult life. My brain starts brilliantly and finishes badly, so I build the systems that do the finishing. Everything I design for clients, I run my own business on first.
I live in Hove with my family. When I'm not working, I DJ as Dopamine Disco.

The team
I lead every engagement and stay your main point of contact. Behind me is a small specialist team, so the work keeps moving while I'm in a session and nothing depends on one person's memory, including mine.
Builds and connects the tools behind each system: CRM, integrations and automations.
Market, account and signal research, checked and verified before it reaches a brief.
Keeps outreach and follow-ups moving, so campaigns don't stall on a busy week.
Turns systems, playbooks and Operating Manuals into things people actually use.
Keeps sessions, deadlines and admin on track for every client.
The repeatable work runs on the same AI-supported systems we install for clients, checked by a person before anything goes out.
It's the principle we sell, applied to ourselves.
Founders and teams I've worked with
Search agencies, creative studios, travel companies and exited founders. Every one of them had too much living in one head. The system we built looked different every time.
Ideas came faster than the team could take them in. We built an AI workflow that turns his voice notes into clear, structured updates for the team.
"For someone with a very active brain who finds it hard to find clarity amidst the chaos, the programme helped me to understand my behaviours and patterns."
Gav, Founder, Search Seven
A voice-first AI workflow built inside the agency's existing tools, plus an Operating Manual she shared with her leadership team the week she got it.
"Dan provided a safe, non-judgmental space that allowed me to honestly 'let him into the chaos' without feeling the need to tidy it up first."
Gabs, Art Editor, Cultureshock
Swimlanes for her work, a first hire, and a workstyle manual she shared with the people closest to her.
A paper-first system and a daily four-hour focus block, because a browser tab would have been out of sight and out of mind.
One command centre for the to-do lists, notes apps, post-its and open tabs that used to be everywhere.
A pipeline that ran entirely on referrals, turned into a repeatable way to reach the people who commission the work, starting with five verified targets.
A four-week build that ended with him running, maintaining and debugging his own automation.
He'd been building with AI since 2022. We added the structure and accountability that made it stick.
If the stuck part is winning work, start with new business. If it's everything else that runs through your head, start with founder work.
