ORBIT for Founders
Most founders know the one process that eats their week. We rebuild it around how you actually think, with AI taking the repetitive parts, then build it with you and hand it over working. You own every part of it.
Loose ends, settled into a system.

After that
12 sessions, and everything we build is yours
You write the proposals because nobody else knows how. Follow-ups live in your memory, and the process you use most gets rebuilt from scratch every time because it was never written down.
Apps and planners help for about three weeks. Then a busy patch hits and everything lands back on you.
We pick the one workflow costing you most and build a system that holds up on a bad week.
What we actually fix
These are the patterns we see most. Your system is built around your own Workflow Map, so it fits how you work from day one.
Follow-ups, notes, updates and invoices that quietly eat the day.
We build automations and AI that handle the repeatable admin, with you approving what matters.
Tools we often use: Make or Zapier, Claude or ChatGPT, your CRM.
Task lists and planners built for linear thinking, which fall apart in a busy week.
We build visual, voice-first capture that matches how you actually think.
Tools we often use: voice notes, Notion, Miro.
Hours vanish, deadlines arrive early and the day disappears.
We build weeks around your energy, with protected focus blocks and pacing you can see.
Tools we often use: calendar blocking, visual timers, body-doubling sessions.
Ten ideas before lunch, scattered across apps, notebooks and post-its.
We build one command centre that catches everything and surfaces the next step.
Tools we often use: Notion, AI that sorts your brain dumps.
You know exactly what to do, and you still can't make yourself begin.
We build AI that drafts the first step, plus triggers in your week that make starting easy.
Tools we often use: tailored AI prompts, a daily top three.
Systems that only work when you're running at full capacity.
We build a minimum viable process: the one thing you do when the tank is empty.
Tools we often use: whatever costs you nothing, like a voice note or a single page.
"Dan provided a safe, non-judgmental space that allowed me to honestly 'let him into the chaos' without feeling the need to tidy it up first."

Every engagement starts with a free call to check the fit. Then we pick the workflow costing you most and rebuild it properly.

One painful workflow rebuilt and running. Built with you, so you own the prompts, templates, automations and Operating Manual at the end.

Once the first one is running, the next goes faster. Observe and Reveal are already done, and we know how you work.

Where it starts
Session 1 uses two tools we developed for neurodivergent founders. They're conversation-led and practical, and they turn how your week actually feels into a design brief.
A scored baseline across six areas of life and work: energy, execution, support, relationships, finance and body. It shows where you're thriving, where you're close to the edge, and what any new system has to protect.
Ten workflow domains, from focus and follow-through to decision-making, plotted as a radar chart. Your peaks get designed in, and the valley that unlocks the most becomes the first build.
Together they answer one question: which single workflow change will make the biggest difference? Both stay in your Operating Manual as the baseline we measure against.
These are practical design tools. They aren't clinical or psychometric assessments, and you don't need a diagnosis to use them.
How it works
Every engagement follows ORBIT, the same method behind all our work. One hour a week, one to one, over about three months.
Session 1, 90 minutes. The Chaos Scale and Workflow Map show what's happening today, including the parts that only live in your head.
Session 2. We show you the system we'd build, designed around how you work, before anything gets built.
Sessions 3 to 8. We build it together, live, so you understand every prompt, template and step.
Sessions 9 and 10. It runs in your real week while we fix whatever wobbles.
Sessions 11 and 12. Check-ins once a bad week has tested it, so it keeps getting used.
Neuroinclusive by design
No diagnosis or disclosure needed. Everything we build is designed for the week you're tired, busy or haven't opened it for a while.
Read the principlesA good fit
Not a fit
If the workflow that's stuck is new business, AllboundOS is built for exactly that.
Tell us which one it is. We'll tell you honestly whether we can help and where we'd start, and if we're not the right fit, we'll say so.
